Il nostro regolamento

Nel darVi il benvenuto e augurarVi un piacevole soggiorno,Vi invitiamo, cortesemente, all’osservanza di alcune regole per garantirVi e garantire agli altri ospiti una permanenza piacevole e divertente.

1- L’ospite, al suo arrivo, è tenuto ad esibire un documento di identità in corso di validità, per la registrazione, secondo le vigenti disposizioni di legge.

2- Le camere sono a disposizione dalle ore 16.00 del giorno di arrivo e devono essere lasciate libere entro le ore 11.00    dell’ultimo giorno di permanenza. Sarà possibile, comunque, lasciare presso il B&B i bagagli del cliente, fino al momento della sua partenza, ma senza l’assunzione di alcuna responsabilità.

3- Nelle camere e in tutti gli ambienti della struttura é severamente vietato fumare anche per rispetto degli ospiti successivi, è possibile fumare solo negli appositi spazi esterni.

4- Le prenotazioni, dopo la conferma effettuata dal titolare del B&B, dovranno essere accompagnate da una caparra pari al 30% della quota complessiva del soggiorno. Il saldo dovrà essere regolato al momento dell’arrivo. Trascorsi cinque giorni dalla data di avvenuta conferma senza il ricevimento della caparra, il titolare del B&B, si riterrà libero di accettare altre prenotazioni;

- Il periodo prenotato va saldato per intero, anche in caso di ritardato arrivo e/o di anticipata partenza;

- In caso di disdetta della prenotazione:

1. è previsto il rimborso dell’intera somma versata, se la disdetta viene comunicata entro 20 giorni prima della data di arrivo concordata;
2. non è previsto nessun rimborso se la disdetta viene comunicata oltre i 20 giorni della data di arrivo concordata;
3. nel caso la titolare del B&B fosse costretta a disdire la prenotazione, sarà cura della stessa avvertire l'ospite immediatamente e restituire l’acconto;
4. Gli accompagnatori non sono autorizzati a sostare nelle camere. La mancata osservanza comporterà il raddoppio del pagamento della tariffa;
5. Il posto macchina è offerto a titolo gratuito. Nessuna responsabilità potrà essere attribuita al B&B per eventuali danni e/o furti arrecati da terzi al veicoli e/o ai motoveicoli parcheggiati;
6. Ogni ospite e’ tenuto a risarcire eventuali danni arrecati al b&b e per l’uso improprio delle dotazioni complementari;
7. Ogni ospite, a fine permanenza, dovrà riconsegnare le chiavi. In caso di smarrimento delle chiavi o nel caso non le restituisca sarà tenuto a risarcire una quota pari ad € 50,00;
8. Poiché le porte d’ingresso e i cancelli sono ad uso comune, è vietato lasciare le chiavi nella serratura interna per permettere ad altri ospiti ed ai titolari il libero accesso; non lasciare porte o cancelli aperti durante il soggiorno;
9. Non aggirarsi all’interno del bed and breakfast “indossando” abbigliamenti che possano offendere l’altrui pudore;
10. Deve essere osservato totale silenzio dalle ore 24.00 alle ora 8.00 e dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 16.00;
11. In ogni caso deve essere mantenuto un comportamento che in nessun momento della giornata e in nessun modo danneggi l’altrui tranquillità;
12. Durante il soggiorno la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni viene effettuata giornalmente dalle ore 12.00 alle ore 14.00. Se occupati in questi orari la pulizia sarà effettuata il giorno seguente. Si prega di disporre i propri effetti personali in modo da consentire tali pulizie;
13. L’acqua è un bene prezioso, non sprechiamola.

Decidere di alloggiare presso il B&B A CASA DI BLANCA significa accettare nella totalità anche il presente Regolamento, una copia del quale è esposta in ogni camera.

La caparra confirmatoria (art. 1385 c.c.) è la più frequente e corrisponde alla antica consuetudine di consegnare all'altra parte una somma di denaro (o altre cose fungibili) a conferma del vincolo assunto. Se la parte che ha concesso la caparra si rende inadempiente, l'altra parte può recedere dal contratto e trattenere la caparra. Se inadempiente è la parte che ha ricevuto la caparra, l'altra parte può sempre recedere e richiedere il doppio di quanto versato.

Si tratta in entrambi i casi di facoltà concessa all'interessato che può comunque insistere per l'adempimento, e richiedere il risarcimento per l'ulteriore danno subito.

Diversa è invece la funzione della caparra penitenziale (art. 1386 c.c.) che rappresenta il corrispettivo del diritto di recesso, stabilito convenzionalmente. Chi decide di recedere deve dare all'altra parte quanto pattuito a titolo di caparra penitenziale e l'altra parte non potrà chiedere altro.

IL RISPETTO DEL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO E’ ASSOLUTAMENTE OBBLIGATORIO.
IN MANCANZA CI SI TROVERA’ COSTRETTI A NON CONSENTIRE OLTRE LA PERMANENZA.

Our rules

In welcoming you and wishing you a pleasant stay, please, you have to observe certain rules to guarantee and ensure other guests a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

1-the guests, upon arrival, are required to show a passport or other identity document, valid for registration, according to the current Italian law requirements.

2-the rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. of the last day of stay. You can, however, leave at the B&B your luggage, until the time of his departure, but without the assumption of any liability whatsoever.

3-in the rooms and in all environments of structure is strictly forbidden to smoke also for respect of subsequent guests, you can smoke only in the appropriate spaces (open areas).

4-reservations, after confirmation made by the owner of the B&B shall be accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance must be settled upon arrival. After five days after confirmation without having received the deposit, the owner of the B&B is free to accept other reservations;

5-The booked period must be paid in full, even in case of late arrival and/or early departure;

6-In case of cancellation:

• There is a refund of the full amount paid, if the cancellation is communicated within 20 days before the agreed arrival date;
• There is no refund if the cancellation is communicated over the 20 days of arrival date agreed upon;
• in case the owner of the B&B is forced to cancel a reservation, you will receive a notification immediately and the return of the deposit;

7-The accompanying staff is not allowed to stay in the rooms unless they have booked a room. Failure to do so will result in the doubling of the fee payment;

8-The parking is offered free of charge. No responsibility can be attributed to the B&B for damages and/or thefts caused by third parties and/or the parked motorcycles or vehicles;

9-Each guest is obliged to pay compensation for damages to the b&b and for the bad use of complementary facilities;

10-Every guest, at the end of stay, must return the keys. If the keys are lost or not returned to the owner of the b&b, the guest(s) will be required to pay a fee of € 50.00;

11-Since the gateways are for common use, it is forbidden to leave the keys in the lock so that to allow other hosts and holders free access; don't leave gates open during your stay;

12-Do not move inside the bed and breakfast "wearing" outfits that might offend the decency of others;

13-Complete silence must be observed from 00.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.;

14-In any case it should be kept a behavior that in any time of the day and in no way can harm other people's peace of mind;

15-The cleaning of the rooms and of the bathrooms are made daily from 12.00 a.m. to 2 p.m. If the rooms or bathrooms are busy in these hours cleaning will be done the next day. Please keep your belongings in order so that to make easier the cleaning.

16-Water is a precious commodity, do not waste it.

Deciding to stay at the B&B A CASA DI BLANCA means accepting in totality this regulation, a copy of which is on display in every room.

The confirmatory deposit (article 1385 Italian Civil Code) is the most frequent and corresponds to the ancient custom to deliver to the other party a sum of money (or other fungible things) confirming the reservation (in this case). If the party who has granted the deposit is in breach, the other party may rescind the contract and keep the deposit. If breach is upon the part that has received the deposit, the other party can always cancel and demand the double of what poured.

In both cases it is granted the faculty concerning which the owner of the b&b can still insist on the fulfillment, and claim in the respect of the further damage.

Different is instead the function of the penitential deposit (article 1386 Italian Civil Code) which represents the equivalent of the right of withdrawal, established by agreement. The party who decides to withdraw must give the other party as stipulated by law the penitential deposit and the other part will not ask for more.

COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REGULATION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED.

FAILING THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO DISALLOW MORE THAN PERMANENCE.
